- Acknowledge: This report is complete, mark as completed – will now show up in “Resolved”
- Escalate: Leave open for other mods – will now show up in “Escalated” queue
- Label: Opens the Label dialog. Will show Bluesky labels and custom labels hosted by your instance of Ozone (“Service Record”)

Service Record
Each service record requires a labelValue and a labelValueDefinition for each label. You may want to collapse some labels to improve the end user UX.
- identifier: must match the label identifier in
labelValue - severity: inform|alert|none – what to do for the client
- blurs: content|media|none – whether or not to blur the post, its media, or none
- defaultSetting: ignore|warn|hide – the default recommendation from your labeller service, end user can then choose to change
